We think it is really important to go through an initial consultation process to help you to identify the aims and objectives of each campaign; this is to help you to select the most effective communication elements from the services we offer to achieve your goals. We are always researching new developments in music promotion so our services will be updated regularly.
Online Marketing
– This includes managing web platform builds and launches, social network development, securing advertising, podcast production, video and audio streaming.
Online & Print Publicity
- Reviews, interviews, features, tour coverage, and competitions at three different levels; online, specialist printed press, and national press.
Club & Radio DJ Mail Outs
– We understand the cross-over between club and radio DJs and so we target our campaigns towards gaining support in both areas through reactions, airplay, interviews & guest mixes, and charts. We don’t believe in harassing DJs for reactions and spending all of our time writing reports – we prefer to keep you up to date on progress regularly over the phone or via email contact, and provide one full report after a month/ an agreed time frame (although we can be flexible if you require more regular reporting). We also ask DJs to provide creative ideas and suggestions alongside feedback about tracks, because we feel it’s too good a research opportunity to miss.
Promoter mail outs/ tour booking
– We can tailor campaigns to generate awareness of availability for bookings or the quality of your live performances. We can also book shows alongside a campaign (*we do not however, arrange tour logistics at this time).
Consultation
- Creating a marketing strategy – which we can then execute or you can work towards yourself. *This is geared towards independent artists.
- Branding/ imagery – we can work with our specialist partners from all over the world on branding, logos, websites, artwork, music videos, and personal styling to create the perfect image.
- A&R – we stay up to date on developing music scenes world-over and can advise and arrange collaborations and remixes with potential to strengthen a project or develop new markets.
Event production/ promotion
- Production can include; sourcing venues & sound systems, booking performers and DJs (including flights and hotels), planning and event management, providing and managing event staff, and promotion.
- Promotion can include; e-mail blasts to our lists (our mailing list is 5000+ strong), social media promotion, flyering (through affiliate companies or creating a street team), ticket competitions, press and listings mail outs, and advertising.
